What is Seated?

Seated is the restaurant discovery app that curates a highly-vetted list of local restaurants in major cities across the U.S. We offer dynamic rewards (usually between $10-$20) on meals enjoyed at the restaurant, or ordered to-go through Seated at Home, to Uber, Amazon, Starbucks, and more.


How do I use Seated?

Download the app, browse restaurants near you, and either book a Reservation or place an Order. After you’ve enjoyed your meal, upload a photo of your receipt to verify your spend. Based on the restaurant's listed reward, you'll earn a percentage of your spend back in the form of Seated Rewards.


What can I spend my Seated Rewards on?

You can redeem your Seated Rewards for gift cards from your favorite brands like Uber, Amazon, Target, Sephora, Airbnb, Starbucks, Nordstrom, and more!


What cities is Seated available in?

We are currently available in New York City, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, and Atlanta. Soon to be in many more cities across the U.S!


Can Seated be used for Takeout?

Yes, we now offer rewards for Delivery and Pickup through Seated at Home. You can place an order through a participating Restaurant Partner’s direct ordering platform (on their website) and earn rewards just like you do for Dine In.


How do I know if a restaurant is offering rewards for Pickup or Delivery?

You can tell if a restaurant is participating in Seated at Home by tapping into the Restaurant Partner’s page and seeing if a reward percentage is shown above the Delivery (moped) or Pickup (to-go bag) icons. Just tap the ‘Start an Order’ button and we’ll direct you to where you’ll need to place your order to earn rewards. If the Restaurant Partner is not participating in Seated at Home, no reward value will show and you’ll also see “Unavailable” at the bottom of the screen.


Can I submit a receipt from any delivery app?

To keep our Restaurant Partners from paying the high fees 3rd party delivery providers charge, we will not accept receipts from: UberEats, Caviar, Seamless, Grubhub, etc.


Is there a minimum spend for restaurants?

We do not require a minimum spend when you dine with, or order from, a Seated restaurant to earn rewards. Special promotions may require a minimum spend and we’ll be sure to make it clear so there are no surprises.


Can I split the bill?

Yep! Each Seated Member may upload their portion of the bill to earn rewards for their spend. If one Member uploads the full bill then all subsequent receipts submitted will not be accepted, so please talk to your friends before uploading your receipts to avoid a disappointing experience.


How do “Walk Ins” work?

There are two ways to book a Walk In based on what our Restaurant Partner offers.

  1. Some of our Restaurant Partners offer both Walk Ins and Reservations. When these restaurants are offering rewards for Walk Ins, you’ll see the yellow Walk In button in the bottom left corner of the restaurant’s page. Earning rewards for a Walk In at these restaurants is only possible if you want to walk in NOW.
  2. Other Restaurant Partners only offer rewards for Walk Ins and seat our Members on a first come, first served basis. You’ll know they only offer Walk Ins because it will be the only option shown, when Dine In is selected, both on the homescreen and in the restaurant’s page. To earn rewards, tap the Walk In button and select the time you wish to dine prior to your meal.
