What is Seated?

Seated is an app that rewards you for dining out at the best restaurants.


How do I use Seated?

Download the app, browse restaurants near you, and book your walk in or reservation. After you dine out, upload a photo of your receipt to verify your spend. Based on the restaurant's listed reward percentage, you'll be granted a percentage of your spend back in the form of Seated Rewards.


What can I spend my Seated Rewards on?

Spend your Seated rewards on in-person experiences like wine tastings and cooking classes or redeem them for gift cards from your favorite brands like Uber, Amazon, Target, Sephora, airbnb, Classpass, Nordstrom, SoulCycle, and more!


What cities is Seated available?

We are currently available in New York, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, and Atlanta. Soon to be in many more cities across the U.S!


Can Seated be used for Takeout?

Seated is for in-person, sit-down meals only. We cannot issue rewards for meals that are delivery, takeout, or to-go orders.


Is there a minimum spend for restaurants?

We do not require a minimum spend when you dine out at a Seated restaurant.


Can I split the bill?

Just like every reservation platform, you only need one Seated reservation per party. Because of this, we only grant one reward per party. You may split or pay for your bill however you like, but please note you will only be granted one reward per table.


How do “walk ins” work?

No time to book ahead? Feeling spontaneous? Interested in a special spot that doesn't take reservations? Simply click the walk-in button on a restaurant's profile in the Seated app, show up, and enjoy your meal! A walk-in is not a reservation, so be sure to arrive early to avoid waiting.
